This is a wonderful website from Stanford Math Education Professor Jo Boaler. The site has many inspiring articles and videos about a new approach to math teaching and learning. There is a free online course to help students think differently about math. She is also in the process of writing a K-8 math curriculum that follows her revolutionary approach. You can try out many of the tasks and activities on the website. The curriculum looks great, but the best thing about this resource is the potential for both students and parents/teachers to develop a great mindset about math.
