Thinking Tree

"Fun-Schooling" books published by a homeschooling mom. They're a combination of journalling, notebooking and activity ideas. They cover a wide range of ages and subject matter. There are books to inspire parents, too.

Design Your Homeschool

This is a very useful site written by a homeschooling mom from Australia. She takes you through a process of exploring goals, curriculum, and methods to help you find a way of homeschooling that works for you. She also has two different printable planner systems for sale.

Learn Boost

This is a free online planning system designed for classroom teachers. Some of the features are not that useful for homeschoolers, but one useful feature is integration with Google apps. And it's free, so may be worth a try!

A Plan in Place

This is a customizable printed planning system. You choose the pages to include and customize with subjects and tasks to include on weekly pages. Designed for the parent to fill in particulars before each week and the student to follow the plan and mark tasks complete. It comes printed and spiral bound. Looks like a very nice option for those who like to plan on paper, and it's affordable, too!
